The distribution of the candidates according to the chronology once again states that past and present times live harmonically in Armenians. And the geography of voting covers actually all continents.By the way, Diaspora has dominated in the process of voting more than the RA descendants. We have received numerous e-mails from faraway lands with many suggestions, remarks, satisfactions and dissatisfactions, welcomes and words of gratitude. We, the RA descendants occurred to be more pragmatic ones.
We should also mention that about 6% of voters observe this project as an unacceptable one. We should respect their standpoint and continue our dialogue with those 94% who welcome the TV Project “We Are Armenians”.Many people think that a number of eminent Armenians were not included in the final list, and, really, they have got the right to think so. But we should remind that the major goal of the project “We Are Armenians” is not to make known the “number 1”, which is itself impossible, but to remember once again about the forgotten staunches of our nation, their activities, directed to the welfare of our nation, to refresh the national self-consciousness and to commend the great individuals of the nation.
